Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp Synergy Natural Chlorella
- 1 tsp Synergy Natural Spirulina
- 3 tbsp agave or stevia
- 1 cup filtered water or plant milk
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (or other leafy greens)
Method
- Add all the ingredients except for the spinach to a blender and pulse until roughly chopped.
- Add the spinach and blend on high for 30 secs or until the smoothie is creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk.
- Serve chilled.
- Tip: Don’t throw away over-ripe bananas — peel and freeze them for smoothies.
