I used frozen mango pieces in this recipe as mangoes aren’t always in season. Let the frozen mango pieces defrost slightly before using.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango pieces, slightly defrosted
- 1 cup full-fat plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup water
- Garnishes
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- Handful fresh mint leaves
Method
- Add all ingredients, except the garnishes, to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately, topped with an extra spoon of yoghurt and fresh mint leaves.
