Sticky Chilli Lime Prawns

Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Zest & juice 1 lime

Method


  • Toss the prawns in the seasonings.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a pan over high heat. Add the prawns and cook quickly until they start to colour.
  • Drizzle the honey into the pan then add the lime zest and juice. Mix well to combine, then reduce the heat to medium-high.
  • Cook for a few mins until the prawns are coated in a lush, sticky glaze. Serve immediately.
