Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled & deveined
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- Zest & juice 1 lime
Method
- Toss the prawns in the seasonings.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan over high heat. Add the prawns and cook quickly until they start to colour.
- Drizzle the honey into the pan then add the lime zest and juice. Mix well to combine, then reduce the heat to medium-high.
- Cook for a few mins until the prawns are coated in a lush, sticky glaze. Serve immediately.
