Ingredients
- 2 bunches rhubarb, chopped, leaves removed
- Juice & zest 2 oranges
- 1 heaped tbsp grated ginger
- ΒΌ cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Place rhubarb, orange juice and zest, ginger and water in saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, then allow to simmer for 5 mins, covered.
- Stir through honey, then pour into medium jar.
- Keep in fridge.
- Delicious served with natural yoghurt, muesli or on porridge.
