Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, chopped
- 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden
- Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
- Kwangtung Cooking Wine
- Pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- 500g chestnuts, peeled
- A few ginger slices
- 3 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE
- Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 shallot, sliced, to serve
Method
- Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
- Boil chestnuts over a low heat for 20 mins.
- Fry the ginger slices for a while, add the chopped chicken and stir for 2 mins. Add the cooked chestnuts and stir. Add PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Oyster Flavoured Sauce and some water. Simmer over a low heat for 15 mins until all sauce is absorbed.
- Add shallots, mix well and serve.
