- 300g salad mix of your choice
- 2 slices bread, crust removed & diced
- Olive oil
- Edible flowers (optional)

- Sauce
- 100mL Pearl River Bridge Premium Sweet Vinegar
- 100mL olive oil
- 33mL Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper
Method
- Wash salad mix and drain well and set aside.
- In frying pan, toast diced bread with olive oil over low heat until both sides are golden, and remove from heat.
- In bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
- Place salad in small bowl or dish, add sauce, garnish with toast pieces and edible flowers.
