Ingredients

  • 300g salad mix of your choice
  • 2 slices bread, crust removed & diced
  • Olive oil
  • Edible flowers (optional)

  • Sauce
  • 100mL Pearl River Bridge Premium Sweet Vinegar
  • 100mL olive oil
  • 33mL Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method


  • Wash salad mix and drain well and set aside.
  • In frying pan, toast diced bread with olive oil over low heat until both sides are golden, and remove from heat.
  • In bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  • Place salad in small bowl or dish, add sauce, garnish with toast pieces and edible flowers.
