Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ cups self-raising flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup Essential Hemp Flour
  • ½ cup Essential Hemp Seeds

Method


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In large bowl, mash peeled bananas until smooth. Whisk in eggs, coconut oil, honey and vanilla until combined.
  • Sift self-raising flour, Essential Hemp Flour and cinnamon.
  • Using spatula, mix wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
  • Fold in Essential Hemp Seeds and set batter aside. Line loaf tin with baking paper and pour in batter.
  • Smooth top with spatula and bake for 6070 mins until golden brown.
  • Cool before serving.
