Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Two large slices sourdough
- 1 Chris' Southern Smashed Avocado & Fetta Dip
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
- Lemon, to serve
Method
- Poach eggs in medium-sized saucepan.
- While eggs are cooking, toast sourdough bread. Once toasted, spread thick layer of Chris' Festivale Southern Smashed Avocado & Fetta Dip on top of toast.
- Top with poached eggs and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and chilli flakes. Serve with lemon immediately.
