Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Two large slices sourdough
  • 1 Chris' Southern Smashed Avocado & Fetta Dip
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Lemon, to serve

Method


  • Poach eggs in medium-sized saucepan.
  • While eggs are cooking, toast sourdough bread. Once toasted, spread thick layer of Chris' Festivale Southern Smashed Avocado & Fetta Dip on top of toast.
  • Top with poached eggs and cherry tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and chilli flakes. Serve with lemon immediately.
