Ingredients
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Juice 2 limes
- 2 tsp white-wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 900g organic boneless chicken thighs or breast
- 20 corn tortillas
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Shredded red cabbage
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- Handful fresh coriander
- Feta, crumbled
Method
- In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients together.
- Place chicken in a dish and then coat with marinade. Put in the fridge, covered, for 30 mins or overnight.

- To make your tacos, top a warm tortilla with cabbage, chicken, onion, guacamole, salsa and feta.
