Ingredients
- 1-2 heaped tsp Rooibos & Rose Tea
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon & nutmeg, for garnish
Method
- Pour boiling water over the Rooibos & Rose Tea in a mug and steep for 5-7 mins.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and coconut oil, adding the honey and vanilla when the milk has gently warmed. Stir.
- Froth the milk mixture to your desired consistency and pour over the brewed tea.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
