Ingredients

  • ½ cup traditional oats
  • 1 tsp Kfibre
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ sliced firm banana
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Method


  • Combine oats, Kfibre, milk, Greek yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup in a container. Stir well.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning layer with fresh raspberries, sliced banana and shredded coconut.
  • To make this recipe low FODMAP, use lactose-free milk.
