Ingredients
- 2 heaped tsp organic ginger & lemongrass tea
- 500mL boiling water
- 400mL pineapple juice
- Ice
Method
- Brew tea in boiling water in an iced tea jug for 10 mins. Strain and then put in the fridge until cooled.
- Stir through pineapple juice and pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple slices and mint.
