Pineapple, Ginger & Lemongrass Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tsp organic ginger & lemongrass tea
  • 500mL boiling water
  • 400mL pineapple juice
  • Ice

Method


  • Brew tea in boiling water in an iced tea jug for 10 mins. Strain and then put in the fridge until cooled.
  • Stir through pineapple juice and pour into glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices and mint.
