Ingredients
- Sauce
- 3 tsp red curry sauce
- 2 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 3 tsp sugar
- Dash sesame oil
- Dash cooking oil

- 800g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Method
- Mix together sauce ingredients together, add shrimp and marinate for 30 mins.
- In pan, heat some oil, fry shrimp until golden then set aside.
- Add minced garlic, bring sauces to boil and add shrimp. Mix well and serve.
