Ingredients
- 2 pears, cored & cut into wedges
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 thick slices sourdough bread
- 150g soft blue cheese
- 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 4 tsp honey
- Thyme, to garnish
Method
- Brush the pear wedges with oil and grill until caramelised.
- Lightly toast the sourdough then spread the blue cheese over each slice.
- Top with wedges of pear and the pecans, then drizzle with honey. Sprinkle each slice with fresh thyme and serve warm.
