Multigrain Sourdough with Cucumber, Avocado, Hummus and Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain sourdough
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp red onion, sliced into crescents
  • Handful baby spinach leaves

Method


  • Place a slice of sourdough on work surface and spread with hummus. Top with cucumber, avocado, red onion and spinach leaves, then add top slice of bread. Wrap sandwich in greaseproof paper and tie with string.
