Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Oil
  • Crushed ice, to chill
  • Fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, stewed apricots)
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

Method


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Serve.
  • Tip: For an additional gut health booster, add 1 tbsp Organic Flaxseed Meal prior to blending. Consume without delay.
