Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 2 tbsp Stoney Creek Organic Flaxseed Oil
- Crushed ice, to chill
- Fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, stewed apricots)
- Sprinkle cinnamon
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Serve.
- Tip: For an additional gut health booster, add 1 tbsp Organic Flaxseed Meal prior to blending. Consume without delay.
