- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- Juice orange
- Pinch ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Chopped almonds & orange zest, to serve
Method
- Place ingredients except almonds and orange zest in blender and blend until well combined.
- Serve topped with chopped almonds, a sprinkle of turmeric and some orange zest.
