Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 50g protein powder (vanilla or caramel)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp maca powder
- ½ cup Keto Paleo Granola
- Splash almond milk
Method
- Using your hands, combine all the ingredients except the granola and milk in a bowl to form dough. If it's too dry, add a dash of milk.
- Add in the granola and mix through with hands.
- Roll into small balls and flatten to 1cm in height.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
