Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 50g protein powder (vanilla or caramel)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • ½ cup Keto Paleo Granola
  • Splash almond milk

Method


  • Using your hands, combine all the ingredients except the granola and milk in a bowl to form dough. If it's too dry, add a dash of milk.
  • Add in the granola and mix through with hands.
  • Roll into small balls and flatten to 1cm in height.
  • Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
