Ingredients
- 14 raw prawns
- Juice 1 lime
- 1 tsp sumac
- Few stalks coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp chilli-infused olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
- Heat barbecue over medium flame.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate for a few mins
- Place on the grill. Cook for 2 mins, turn and cook for 2–3 more mins.
- Serve with salad leaves.
- Note: Make sure you remove the poop chute in the prawn.
