Ingredients

  • 200mL milk or nut milk of choice
  • 2-3 heaped tsp of Organic Merchant DUST cacao infusion of choice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey, according to taste
  • Ice cubes

Method


  • Combine 50mL of milk with a tsp of DUST cacao infusion in a tall glass.
  • Add some honey or maple syrup if you desire.
  • Stir/whisk thoroughly to make paste.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Pour the remaining 150mL milk over the top of the ice cubes.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Tip: Make coffee ice cubes by pouring black coffee into ice trays and freezing them overnight. You can add those to the raw cacao powder recipes for a delicious energy boost.
