Ingredients
- 200mL milk or nut milk of choice
- 2-3 heaped tsp of Organic Merchant DUST cacao infusion of choice
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey, according to taste
- Ice cubes
Method
- Combine 50mL of milk with a tsp of DUST cacao infusion in a tall glass.
- Add some honey or maple syrup if you desire.
- Stir/whisk thoroughly to make paste.
- Add ice cubes.
- Pour the remaining 150mL milk over the top of the ice cubes.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Tip: Make coffee ice cubes by pouring black coffee into ice trays and freezing them overnight. You can add those to the raw cacao powder recipes for a delicious energy boost.
