Ingredients
- 500g chicken tenders
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- Zest & juice 1 lime
Method
- Place the chicken tenders into a large ziplock bag and add the honey and the lime.
- Seal the bag and massage until the chicken is well coated in the marinade.
- Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Remove the chicken tenders and dispose of the remaining marinade.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat or heat your barbecue grill if you have one.
- Cook the chicken for approx. 4 mins per side until cooked through and starting to get a touch of caramelisation.
- Serve simply with small tortilla wraps, fresh slaw and a squeeze of lime.
