Ingredients

  • 500g chicken tenders
  • 1⁄3 cup honey
  • Zest & juice 1 lime

Method


  • Place the chicken tenders into a large ziplock bag and add the honey and the lime.
  • Seal the bag and massage until the chicken is well coated in the marinade.
  • Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove the chicken tenders and dispose of the remaining marinade.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat or heat your barbecue grill if you have one.
  • Cook the chicken for approx. 4 mins per side until cooked through and starting to get a touch of caramelisation.
  • Serve simply with small tortilla wraps, fresh slaw and a squeeze of lime.
