Ingredients
- 2 peaches, cut in half & deseeded
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- Handful pistachios, roughly chopped
- Natural yoghurt
Method
- Place peaches cut side up on baking tray.
- Drizzle with honey and place under griller.
- Cook for around 4–5 mins until cooked through.
- Top with pistachios and serve with natural yoghurt.
