Chia jam is one of the easiest recipes you’ll make. You can use any combination of berries, although it doesn’t get more English than blackberry jam!

Ingredients
- 125g fresh blackberries
- ⅓ cup elderflower syrup
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
Method
- Add blackberries and elderflower syrup to saucepan, bring to boil over low heat and cook until blackberries have broken down.
- Add chia seeds and mix well until combined. Allow jam to cool and thicken, then pour into glass jar.
- Will keep in fridge for up to 10 days.
