Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut slices dark rye sourdough, toasted
  • 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese Onion & Chives
  • 1 avocado, cut into slices
  • 1 lemon, zest & juice
  • 2 tbsp dukkha
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Method


  • Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado slices.
  • Divide Bulla Cottage Cheese Onion & Chives evenly over the 4 slices of toast.
  • Layer the avocado slices on top of the cottage cheese.
  • Sprinkle with dukkha and lemon zest.
  • Season, to taste.
  • Tip: This recipe is also delicious topped with a slice of prosciutto.
