Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi with Basil Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 x 500g Grand Italian Potato Gnocchi
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt flakes
  • 11⁄3 cups whole egg mayonnaise
  • 11⁄3 cups basil leaves, fi nely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Extra salt flakes, for serving
  • Basil, for garnish

Method


  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  • Place the gnocchi into a bowl, drizzle with the oil and toss until well coated. Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket and air fry in batches if necessary for 15-20 mins or until golden.
  • In a bowl, combine mayo, basil and garlic and mix well to make basil aioli.
  • Place the gnocchi onto a serving plate and serve with basil aioli for dipping. Serve immediately.
