Ingredients
- 400g tin coconut cream
- Zest & juice 1 lime
- ΒΌ cup maple syrup
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the moulds and freeze overnight.
- Note: You could use any other fruit combination that you want here. Pineapple and coconut is divine!
