Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas, frozen
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla paste
- 4 tbsp plant-based milk
- To Serve
- 8 strawberries, sliced
- 100g dark vegan chocolate, melted
Method
- Place all the nice cream ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until a thick, smooth, soft-serve nice cream.
- Spoon the nice cream into 2 coconut bowls, top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
