Carob is a healthy alternative to chocolate, being caffeine-free and a good source of calcium. Mulberries are a good source of vitamin C and fibre, and they contain iron. Pistachios are full of protein and are considered a prebiotic food that helps support the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.

Ingredients
- 200g sugar-free carob
- Handful dried mulberries
- Handful roughly chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp rose petals, cornflower blue petals
Method
- Melt carob using double boiler.
- Pour melted carob into medium-sized plastic bag and snip off small piece of end.
- Drizzle carob into rounds on tray.
- Top with mulberries, pistachios and petals.
- Place in fridge to set.
