Ingredients
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 6 sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into long batons
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a large bowl, mix the coconut sugar, nutmeg and salt. Add the sweet potato and coconut oil and toss until the sweet potato is well coated.
- Spread out the sweet potato on a baking tray. Bake for about 1 hour, until deep golden brown all over turning halfway through.
