Ingredients
- 7 cups air-popped popcorn (use 4 tbsp popcorn kernels)
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds or almond flakes
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ⅓ cup tahini (or almond or cashew nut butter)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
Method
- In large bowl, combine popcorn, seeds and coconut.
- In small saucepan over medium heat, mix tahini, maple syrup and coconut oil until well combined.
- Pour tahini mixture over popcorn mixture and gently toss until popcorn is well coated.
- Place in freezer for an hour and bring out when ready to serve.
