Ingredients

  • 500g marble pork, peeled
  • 2 pcs star anise
  • 2 pcs fragrant leaves
  • 130g PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 100g PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
  • 86g sugar
  • 3g peanut butter
  • 400g water

Method


  • Boil the pork for 15 mins.
  • Fry the star anise and fragrant leaves in a pan, add all the seasoning materials.
  • Add pork and braise for 45 mins on a low heat, then turn up the heat until the sauce is sticky.
