Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 3 bunches broccolini
- Pinch salt & pepper
- ¼ cup pistachio kernels, roughly chopped
Method
- Heat a medium-sized frypan over medium heat.
- Add olive oil, broccolini, salt and pepper and sauté for 5-6 mins or until tender.
- Place on a plate, check seasoning and scatter over pistachios.
- Note: If you don’t have broccolini, you can use broccoli.
