Ingredients

  • 500g beef
  • 100g carrot, sliced
  • 2 green garlic, sliced
  • 10g Baijiu (white liquor)
  • 15g ginger
  • 15g garlic
  • 2pcs star anise
  • 2pcs dried chilli
  • 6g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Brown Sugar in Pieces
  • 2g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden Label Chicken Powder
  • 1½ tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Chu Hou Paste
  • 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Hoi Sin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2g salt
  • 800mL water

Method


  • Boil the beef for 15 mins then cut into cubes about 2cm.
  • Fry carrot and green garlic in a pan, then mix with beef and the Baijiu. Add ginger, garlic, star anise and chilli.
  • Add the rest of the seasoning materials to the pan and braise for 2 hours on low heat.
