Ingredients

  • 500 shrimp
  • 50g butter
  • 30g black pepper
  • 20g onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp PRB Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • ¼ tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
  • 5g sugar
  • Salt, to taste

Method


  • Fry the shrimp on low heat, then remove.
  • Melt 15g butter in the pan. Sauté the onion and black pepper.
  • Place the shrimp back in the pan and add 150mL hot water.
  • Mix the seasoning together and add to pan.
  • Braise the shrimp in the seasoning for 5 mins.
  • Add the rest of the butter and boil until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot.
