Ingredients
- 500 shrimp
- 50g butter
- 30g black pepper
- 20g onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp PRB Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
- ¼ tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
- 5g sugar
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Fry the shrimp on low heat, then remove.
- Melt 15g butter in the pan. Sauté the onion and black pepper.
- Place the shrimp back in the pan and add 150mL hot water.
- Mix the seasoning together and add to pan.
- Braise the shrimp in the seasoning for 5 mins.
- Add the rest of the butter and boil until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
