The Best Acai Bowl Recipe

Frozen bananas and berries make an amazing ice-cream that is completely plant-based. The addition of acai, makes this a delicious superfood dessert or breakfast, served with granola and decorated with flowers to create a beautiful meal.

Ingredients

  • Bowl
  • 110g frozen banana
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 100g frozen acai
  • 100ml coconut water
  • Toppings
  • ½ cup granola (gluten-free optional)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Edible flowers

Method


  • Place all the bowl ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend to a smooth ice-cream consistency.
  • Pour mixture into a coconut bowl or serving bowl and garnish with the toppings.
