Frozen bananas and berries make an amazing ice-cream that is completely plant-based. The addition of acai, makes this a delicious superfood dessert or breakfast, served with granola and decorated with flowers to create a beautiful meal.

Ingredients
- Bowl
- 110g frozen banana
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 50g frozen strawberries
- 100g frozen acai
- 100ml coconut water
- Toppings
- ½ cup granola (gluten-free optional)
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Edible flowers
Method
- Place all the bowl ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend to a smooth ice-cream consistency.
- Pour mixture into a coconut bowl or serving bowl and garnish with the toppings.
