- Avocado & Coriander Dressing
- 1 medium avocado
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- Juice 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 4 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
Method
