Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cups Espresso Paleo Granola
  • ½ cup almond meal

Method


  • Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray.
  • Mix the mashed banana, almond butter and coconut oil in a large bowl.
  • Add the granola and almond meal and mix until well combined.
  • Roll approx. 1 tbsp of mixture into a ball and place on baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  • Bake for 20–25 mins. Allow to cool on wire rack before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container.
