Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 cups Espresso Paleo Granola
- ½ cup almond meal
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray.
- Mix the mashed banana, almond butter and coconut oil in a large bowl.
- Add the granola and almond meal and mix until well combined.
- Roll approx. 1 tbsp of mixture into a ball and place on baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Bake for 20–25 mins. Allow to cool on wire rack before serving.
- Store in an airtight container.
