Ingredients
- 2 x ready-made pizza bases
- 200g Basil, Spinach & Cashew Pesto Dip
- 1 cup pizza cheese
- 1 tin banana blossoms, drain liquid & pat dry on paper towel
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Rocket leaves, to serve
- Balsamic glaze, to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place pizza bases on baking paper, spread a thin layer of dip over the bases and a thin layer of pizza cheese.
- Peel away the banana blossom outer layers and use the inner layers and heart part of the banana blossoms.
- Layer blossoms and tomatoes.
- Bake the pizzas for 15 mins. Cook for a further 5 mins if needed or until the base is crispy and golden around the edges and toppings are golden and cooked.
- Top with rocket and drizzle balsamic glaze
- Tip: Try a barbecue sauce base for those who love a barbecue chicken-style pizza.
