Ingredients
- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
Method
- Cook the ramen noodles until just tender.
- Drain, but reserve ¼ cup of the noodle water.
- Heat the butter in a small frying pan and add garlic.
- Sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
- Stir for about 1 min to dissolve the sugar and form a sauce.
- Add the noodles to the pan along with the noodle water and toss through.
- Cook for 1-2 mins until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
- Top with a fried egg to serve.
