This is an incredibly refreshing drink, especially in the warmer weather. It is also delicious made with pineapple or watermelon instead of apples. You’ll need a high-powered blender for this recipe.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 apples, chopped
- Juice 1 lemon
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup water
Method
- Add the fresh mint, chopped apples and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend into a paste, then add the ice cubes and water. Gently pulse to break up the ice cubes and then blend until you have a smooth frappe.
