- ½ frozen banana, peeled
- ¼ cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 small peach, stone removed & chopped
- 2 cups almond milk
- ¼ cup quinoa flakes
- ½ tsp chia seeds
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
