Ingredients
- 80ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc
- 30ml Soda water
- Raspberry & lime peel
- Green tea & raspberry syrup:
- 2 Green tea bags
- 2 Raspberries
- 500g sugar
- 250ml Water
Method
- Pour the Green tea & raspberry syrup into a glass with ice
- Add the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc and stir well
- Top with soda water, garnish and enjoy!
- Green tea & raspberry syrup method:
- Soak green tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds and remove
- Bring 250ml water to a boil and add two green tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5 mins, then remove teabags from the heat
- Add 500g sugar and five raspberries crushed to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved
- Once cooled, strain off raspberries and tea bags and pour them into the wine glass
