Alcohol Free Sauvignon Green tea and Raspberry Spritz

Ingredients

  • 80ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc
  • 30ml Soda water
  • Raspberry & lime peel
  • Green tea & raspberry syrup:
  • 2 Green tea bags
  • 2 Raspberries
  • 500g sugar
  • 250ml Water

Method


  • Pour the Green tea & raspberry syrup into a glass with ice
  • Add the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc and stir well
  • Top with soda water, garnish and enjoy!
  • Green tea & raspberry syrup method:
  • Soak green tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds and remove
  • Bring 250ml water to a boil and add two green tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5 mins, then remove teabags from the heat
  • Add 500g sugar and five raspberries crushed to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved
  • Once cooled, strain off raspberries and tea bags and pour them into the wine glass
