Frittata Porchetta & Truffle Cheese

These recipes are made with That’s Amore products

Made using only the best-quality farm-fresh milk sourced in Victoria, That’s Amore Cheese produces award-winning Italian-style cheeses that are proudly free of preservatives and artificial colours. Truffle Caciotta is a fresh cow’s milk cheese with semi-soft texture. In this truffle version, the cheese is mixed with Australian black winter truffles during the making process, giving the cheese a wonderful aroma. Caciotta can be used as a table cheese, cubed in salads or melted in cooked recipes.
