Ingredients

  • 1 bag Herman Brot® Low Carb Pasta
  • 3 cups spinach leaves
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • ⅛ cup pine nuts

Method


  • Cook Herman Brot® Low Carb Pasta in boiling water for 10 mins.
  • Toast pine nuts in hot non-stick pan.
  • When pasta is cooked, drain and stir through spinach, tomatoes, pesto and pine nuts.
