Ingredients
- 1 That’s Amore Cheese Bocconcini Leaf Cheese
- 500g raw tuna sashimi grade, thinly sliced
- Juice 2 lemons
- Salt & pepper
- 2 bunches watercress, leaves
- Olive oil
Method
- Drain bocconcini leaf cheese and leave to dry for few mins on towel to make sure there’s no extra liquid on it.
- Meanwhile, dress tuna slices with lemon, salt, pepper and watercress.
- Layer all ingredients on bocconcini leaf cheese and carefully roll it roulade-style.
- Cut into 2cm thick slices and drizzle with olive oil.
