Key to anti-ageing is your brain health

David Herzog is an award winning author, certified nutrition coach, motivational speaker and life coach. He has a new book out, “Natural to Super Natural Health” that provides an in depth discussion on the latest discoveries in natural and raw food. There is a definite focus on the interconnectedness of our mind, body and spirit and how you can adopt all of these tips in your anti aging campaign.

Herzog’s book focuses on the following concepts:

How do you tap into your highest power source and kick start your anti aging campaign?

According to Herzog, the first task is to determine which part of your body is aging the fastest. Second task is to repair this part of your body through brain health. This will have a follow on effect and the other parts of the brain will start to heal themselves and reverse before you even start working on them – this anti aging technique, focusing on your brain health, is a major focal point for Herzog.

Herzog explains that our body is designed to re-create itself – 98% of the atoms in our bodies re-create themselves every year.

Anti aging & your brain health
Aging begins in your brain. Chemicals start to diminish and this sends a fatal message to the other parts of our body. To arrest this decline and promote anti aging, we need to revitalise our brain chemicals to the same levels when we were younger – this will slow down the aging process.

Herzog makes an interesting point and focuses on a much neglected area with regard to anti aging techniques – brain Health. Your brain affects everything in your body. Herzog writes that “Once you learn how to feed and utilise this control centre you can literally start to see drastic changes beyond any diet and begin to experience age reversal”.
