Deep Blue Dining Bar & Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte breakfast and dinner menu, organic barista-made coffee and exotic herbal teas.
For dinner, the restaurant features an extensive menu to suit a wide range of personal tastes and preferences.
As Deep Blue Dining Bar & Restaurant is located by the sea, the menu boasts a generous seafood offering. Where possible, the chef sources sustainable, local and organic ingredients. Room service is also available for the resort’s in-house guests.
At Nourish Dome you will enjoy smoothies with detox and gut-healing elixirs, crystal-infused sparkling lavender and rose water, exotic herbal teas and a variety of foods to satisfy your cravings. Options include nourish bowls, local cheese platters, croquettes, detox vegetable chips, decadent dessert platters and more. All food is proudly prepared by in-house chefs.
Things to remember
Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs encourages guests to embrace the ambient sounds incorporated into the experiences as well as the native atmosphere of the open-air environment. Entry to the Hot Springs Sanctuary is open to those aged five and older in the morning and lunch sessions, with the twilight sessions reserved for those aged 16 and over.
The indoor geothermal pool at the Bath House is open to persons aged five years and over. Persons under the age of 16 require an adult.
Getting there
Free undercover parking is available for overnight guests, with additional free public parking located nearby. Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs is located a three-hour drive from Melbourne (265.8km via M1 Princes Highway and Hamilton Hwy/B140) or five hours via the Great Ocean Road B100 (non-stop). If you’re walking or cycling, Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs is just 100 metres from the main foreshore promenade. Bike racks are also available on-site. If you are catching the train, Warrnambool train station is located 2.5 kilometres (a 30-minute walk) away with trains arriving daily from Melbourne. If you are flying, Warrnambool Airport, Avalon Airport and Tullamarine International Airport are all located a few hours’ drive away.
Extra costs
Guests staying at the hotel are rewarded with a discount when booking direct. To avoid overcrowding, a limited number of entries is allowed at anyone time, so pre-booking your spot is highly recommended.
Guests are welcome to bring their own towels. Alternatively, towel hire, optional spa robe hire or optional storage locker hire are available for an additional fee. You can also purchase a 45-minute session in the salt therapy room.
