Nature Care College

Nature Care College is more than a place of learning, it’s a thriving community of people engaged in daily exploration of new horizons. There is a Zen saying that there are many roads up the mountain, but at the top, the view is the same. The same can be said of natural therapies, so many subjects to choose from, but all have the one goal in mind: health and the enrichment of spirit.

One of the fundamentals about being a human is growth – emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. Along with growth can also come the plateaus and ruts that often feel uncomfortable, yet really, they’re simply periods of time that allow us to reassess where we are on our journey. Many of us look for new ideas, more motivation or a different direction and a new path to tread.

The students at Nature Care are a melting pot of ages and cultures, from school leavers undertaking one of the degree programmes, through to international students studying bodywork. A large percentage of the college population are mature-age women and men who are looking for a rekindling of the spirit and have found their answer at Nature Care. Some fit in a short general-interest course around their full time work hours, and others leave work to pursue a diploma that is going to give them a completely new career.

A quick visit to the Nature Care clinic is an eye opener to see these ‘agents of change’ in pursuit of their goals. An accountant by day completes his massage hours at night, a scientist who left her corporate job to become a nutritionist welcomes a new patient and a mum to be studying counselling waves goodbye to her last client before the birth of her child, secure in the knowledge that her new profession will allow her family friendly working hours.

Nature Care College is the only private education provider in NSW to have undergone the rigorous educational requirements to offer degrees in Naturopathy, Homoeopathy and Herbal Medicine. Having FEE-HELP available for these degrees also makes it affordable for everyone.

Getting some signals to change? Jump start your way to the top of the mountain at Nature Care. College Info Days are an invaluable opportunity for prospective students, their family and friends to experience the College, see the facilities, speak with the lecturers and course advisors and find out more about the courses we offer.
