As a result of the growth in the human services sector, Torrens University Australia has launched a Master of Human Services Management. This degree is a specially designed program of learning that focuses on the planning, business and management issues that arise within human services organisations, their services and programs. It aims to meet the diverse needs of leaders, planners, practitioners and others working within the broad field of human services in the business, community, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Core subjects facilitate the development of knowledge and the application of advanced skills through engagement with human services constructs and legislation, leadership theory and practice, program and policy design, research, analysis and evaluation. This higher education qualification is designed to meet the demands of a changing human services sector where demands for professional leadership are growing, as is the need for higher-order critical analysis and entrepreneurial skills.
