Yoga & Work

“One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one’s work is terribly important.”

– Some Yoga wisdom from Bertrand Russell!

Ok – now I know I told you how excited I was about the new yoga course, but miraculously I skipped yoga class last night because I was working back… things just seemed strangely compelling and I had to keep going.  Does this mean nervous breakdown on the horizon…?  Ok – it was just the class not the course part, but hardly good for a commitment to balance.  Today I embrace balance and imbalance, and the constant movement between the two.
